With the whole Oregon standoff news and views being propagated on the net and airwaves I fully expect commie fascist “liberals” to condemn the actions of the Bundys. What really burns my ass though is these FAKE patriots who are also condemning them. People like Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers and others like him. These people are all talk until some progress is made and someone actually takes action. Why? Because they make more money if nobody takes action. They are all phonies.

To Stewart Rhodes specifically,You sir are NOT an oath keeper, you are an oath BREAKER.

They say the Bundys went about it wrong, that they don’t have the moral high ground, that they fired the first shot, etc… First of all no shots have been fired. Second, the feds DID fire the first, second, third, etc shot. The feds are the ones illegally grabbing land and trying people as terrorists for implementing a controlled burn on land. So who’s in the wrong here Mr Rhodes? The feds and YOU.

Then there is the line that the Hammonds don’t want the help. Well, first of all they are being threatened so they made that decision under duress. Second, somebody needs to stand up against these tyrants and for those who either can’t or won’t stand up for themselves. It’s like your big brother standing up to the bully.

So Phewy Stewy, you phony mammon loving capitulating turncoat. Go fuck yourself or stand up for what you supposedly stand for. Actually keep your oath to the constitution and rebuke the federalist land and power grab and stand behind the Bundys and the constitution you took an oath to.

What should you, the average citizen do? That’s easy. Stop supporting people who are more concerned about membership dues then they are the purported purpose of their organisation would be a good place to start. Next, start open carrying everywhere to wake the public up. Don’t be an asshole about it, just do it. Stock up on guns and ammo, you may need them soon and they’ll be worth more than gold. Speak up and assert your freedom when it’s being infringed and proactively. Attend and speak your mind at city council meetings. Fuck unconstitutional laws. Refuse check points. Revoke your 14th amendment federal citizenship. Together we can take this country back from the federal occupiers and their standing army commonly known as militarized police.

Be careful prying that gun from my cold dead hands, the barrel will still be quite hot.

In short Mr Williams, YOU are the treasonous thug that needs to be disemboweled you piece of shit!

Ok. Rant over.

This is my review of the Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB holster. This is their top of the line IWB holster. Watch the video below for information on this holster and how it’s constructed.

So, here are my thoughts. Ordering to the door took 9 work days which is commendable as they estimate 12-14. Packaging is nice. There are plenty of video reviews on YouTube about the packaging and the holster so I’ll get into the meat of my review… The holster its self.

I messed around with all the different configurations possible with this holster and ended with the slide side all the way up and the grip side all the way down giving the maximum cant.  This works best for me because I spend a lot of time in vehicles. This position gets the magazine off my back. My particular holster has the custom plastic mold for my Springfield XDm 4.5″ 9mm which is no small pistol and not the easiest to conceal.

I am wearing it in the 4:30 position which is the factory recommended position and it is by far the most comfortable, though I kinda like the 5 o’clock position too but have to put my shoulder out of joint to draw from it. From 4:30 I don’t have to dislocate my shoulder. I did, initially seem to have problems drawing but realized it was human error. What was happening is when drawing the grip side clip would stay on the belt like it should but the soft part of the holster would bend and the holster would come part way out of my pants. Come to find out there were a few things going on here. First, I was thumbing the soft part of the holster by the slide. Second, I had the retention too tight and Third my belt was a soft piece of shit. I now wear a 5.11 Tactical Double Duty Belt which holds this up very nicely.

Back to the holster. Time will tell of it’s durability but from other reviewers I have read it will be a very durable holster. Keep in mind these are NOT kydex holsters. They are Boltaron plastic, which is a very durable plastic. Here is an explanation about that plastic versus kydex.

As far as the tuck-ability of this holster is concerned it is definitely tuckable. Where I have issues is I’m a tall guy and wear tall tuck in shirts. If the shirt tucks really far into the waistline then the fabric will scrunch up a little bit by the holster. Also if you’re skinny like me it will still be hard to completely conceal a full size firearm like my XDm. Just remember something, 99.9% of people out there aren’t looking at you trying to figure out if you’re packing. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but most people are smart phone zombies. They probably wouldn’t notice if you had one in your hand. Also keep in mind there are people out there that ARE looking. Cops, Security Guards, Other CCW holders, etc… It’s still in your best interest not to print and this holster does a DAMN good job of that. Even with a relatively tight fitting shirt on you still won’t know I have my pistol on me unless you put your hand on my lower back / hip, and unless you’re my wife, kids or chiropractor you better keep your hands off!

Fit and Finish? I tried and couldn’t find one blemish or flaw. The neoprene backing is very comfortable against the skin and the “alien” material feels a lot like premium leather, though I know it isn’t. It does provide plenty of grip on the firearm though.

To be honest I can’t find anything wrong with this holster which is out of character for me. I guess I’m just that impressed and I highly recommend this holster for someone needing to wear tuck in shirts. One request I have for Alien Gear? IWB Tuckable Magazine holsters to match. Pretty Please! I would love to be carrying my 2 extra mags also and it would help balance out the load.

Oh, how the hell could I forget price??? You WILL NOT find a comparable holster for the same price. Don’t let the price fool you. This holster is, in my opinion better than holsters costing twice as much.

I gotta admit, one of the reasons I choose Alien Gear is because they are not only committed to the 2nd amendment, they also have a sense of humor!

This is an extremely good write up on just how and why the 14th amendment is invalid. This is very important because the behemoth that is the current Federal Government rests here. You are NOT a citizen of the United States but instead a citizen of the state in which you reside.

As a prepper you should know the importance of good tires on your bug out vehicle… or just your daily driver… and especially if they are the same vehicle like mine. In this review I share my experiences with the Cooper Discoverer AT3.

Overall this is an excellent all around tire for the price. I have very little complaints about them. Lets break the review down by terrain.

City. Not a lot to talk about here. The tires look good rolling on my slightly lifted ’01 Cherokee Sport.

0910151624

This is my type of city traffic!!!!

Highway. One would expect an AT tire to be moderately loud on the highway but I was pleasantly surprised. They were actually quieter than the all seasons I had on the jeep. Handling at speed is fine and I’ve had these tires up to 95mph without problems (during a family emergency).

Rain. These tires are excellent in rain. They effortlessly shed water even beyond their speed rating. Hitting a puddle at 80? You will hydroplane. That’s your fault not the tire’s.

Dirt / Gravel road. They are predictably good here as you would expect an AT tire to be. Almost an imperceptible amount of drift and they are not overly stiff so they ride great over the harsh bumps of your typical New England dirt road.

Mud. First of all these are NOT mud bogging tires but they perform ok in moderately deep (rim) mud. Once you go deeper though they start to loose traction significantly. If you’re going to use them for mud you might want air lockers. Otherwise make sure you have some momentum going before you hit the mud.

image

Rocks. I’ve ascended some pretty steep rocks in my lightly modified Cherokee with these tires and there was very little slippage. Keep in mind though I have the LT tires not the off-road tires.

Snow. Before I go here it may be more a vehicle issue than a tire issue. Let me explain. The Cherokee Sports are very light for a 4×4 suv and I’m running 265/75-15 tires with a 3″ lift. These are basically a 31″ tire only without all the extra plys for hard offroading. The combination of wide tires on a light weight vehicle may be the issue here. So how does my vehicle deal with snow with these tires? That depends on the type. Lets break it down.

Hard pack snow. They work as expected on hard pack. In fact they handle almost like they do on a dirt road with just a little bit of drift.

Deep snow. Now we have issues. At slower speeds (under 25mph) they do fine but as soon as the speed increases they “snowplane”. It’s like hydroplaning only on snow. The snow tosses me all over the road forcing me to slow down. Now before you blame this on my driving keep this in mind. I’m a commercial driver with millions of miles underneath my belt. I’m the senior road trainer at my job and I have skid pad training under my belt on all major styles of drive trains.

Wet snow. Otherwise known as slush, grease, snot and winter mud. Behavior on this medium is very similar to the heavy snow with some minor differences. Instead of the slush pushing me around I push it around but if it’s thick enough I still float on top of it at higher speeds.

Ice. It has been an unusual winter this year in the northeast so I have yet to encounter ice. When I do I’ll update this review.

Overall these are great tires for the price. I got 4 for under $500. They are not hard core offroaders but as long as your not doing that or going 80 in deep snow or mud they should serve you well on you BOV or everyday rig.

I highly recommend you buy these tires!

This is a review of the Magpul Dynamics video “The Art of Dynamic Handgun“. To sum it up quickly this video is the bomb!

This is a 4 DVD set with the first 2 discs being the main course. The 3rd is a basic concealed carry course and the 4th is a disc on various drills (I’ll list these below). Mixed in among all the training is detailed talk about equipment. Guns, Ammo, Suppressors, Holsters, Belts, Lights, Lasers, etc… along with the outtakes. These are flat hilarious. Unlike just about every other firearms training video from other people I’ve watched this one is professionally done. Most videos are shity quality but this one is not.

The main course includes 8 different students. These students are all men except for 1 woman. Between the men you have 2 cops, 2 marines and 2 people in the firearms industry. The woman is a college student pretty fresh to firearms.

At the end of the 2nd disc they run each student through realistic scenarios. All do well except for Willie, the girl. She had an even more realistic scenario thrown at her in that one of the targets was a friendly. Needless to say she shot the friendly and ricocheted off a car roof. Like they say, the range is the place to screw up.

There’s a reason democrats are called the “left wing” and republicans are called the “right wing”. They are wings of the same vulture, government, and these wings swoop this vulture to the putrefying corpse of the American Dream. Slowly and deliberately this vulture picks away at your liberties, whether they be constitutional or God given. Elections are 100% rigged. Your vote doesn’t count. Your owners choose who the titular head in the white house will be. And no matter who they choose, wars will increase, liberties will decrease, the police state will grow and the constitution will continue to be used as toilet paper. So, get out and vote if you really want to waste your time but if you want real change then ignore unconstitutional laws (Marbury vs Madison) and live your life as a sovereign citizen of your respective state, not a 14th amendment indentured servant.

Listen to how succinctly George Carlin puts it.

Wow! I’m impressed. I submitted this to my local paper and they actually printed it, largely untouched.

Had some family issues today so I decided I needed some group therapy. Went to the range with a close friend and blew through 148 rounds of 9mm doing some Tactical pistol training. It was a blast (pun intended) and I learned a few new drills along with blowing off some stream.

So if you need a little stress relief, go to the range.

BTW, this is a 8.5″ x 11″ target at 10 yards. Rapid fire drills, not slow aim plinking.
